    In her corporate avatar before White Spaces, Zahira was at India’s largest Media conglomerate – Times Group – for 15 years, where she established Organization & People Charter & Agenda as the publishing behemoth forayed into non-publishing areas, Radio, TV, Internet with a strong bias to Innovation & Agility; as Head – HR for Times Television, Zahira helped institutionalize people processes & practices.
    Zahira has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Mumbai University and is a Certified Executive Coach by Marshall Goldsmith and a Certified Exponential Organizations (ExO) Coach.
