4. Diligence Consulting: Business investigations – Fraud & Embezzlement

Zaheer started his journey of success and market leadership at the young age of 18 with his security agency in Mumbai and today with IPR investigations, enforcement actions and corporate fraud investigations as the core business of The DeRisQ Group which was steered single-handedly by him, he commands over 13000 employees of the Group. Since the inception of the company 16 years ago, his organisation has emerged as the market leader in IP protection services with offices spread across all over India and operations in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.

Zaheer in his career has been empanelled by various organisations and other Govt. /Non-Govt. bodies to direct companies and its key employees on IP management & protection and issues faced by Brand owners which are to be tackled in the appropriate way within the legal framework in India and its neighbouring countries.

Currently, one of his companies EIPR India Pvt Ltd is Asia’s largest investigation agency servicing brand owners across Asian countries averaging out more than 800 raids a year.
