I am a strong believer of role of integrating creative and analytical thinking for sustainable organizational growth and my current profile as both creative and business head of India’s leading retail organizations Future Group Ltd. confirms the same.

Personally, I am extremely passionate towards integrating human behavior, habits, psychology, ideology and rituals into the organizations’ strategies -integrating it with the business strategies ,processes and methodologies creating tools and support for creating a seamless relationship between the internal stakeholders and the consumers. This I believe is the basis of sustainable growth.

The Design & Creative aspect of my role contributes into providing a constant creative infusion into the organizations brand building strategies and new brand designs. This would involve creating brand persona & resonance, brand communication and equity and connect ideas and finally provide physicality to the brand expression through its retail stores.

From the Business perspective for the fashion concept stores, I influence the theme of the stores, keeping in mind the catchment, the communities and the target customers ensuring that all the experience design elements are taken care of for better levels of customer focus. I am also accountable to bring in in focus on store productivity, mapping capacities and optimize sq feet return. Growth and expansion of fashion concepts is a critical aspect of my profile.

I help business use design at a strategic and corporate level to increase performance and profitability.My key contribution has been in identifying the Customer Experience and Service key touch points and core Brand Values in a business and then being able to create coherent and well planned strategies for implementation, which are focused on creating tangible bottom line results.
