Formerly, headed the Group Internal Audit function in the Shared Service Centre of Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this role was heading the Operational Risk and Assurance function for the Shared Service Centre for Wholesale Banking, Consumer Banking, Group Functions and Risk. Passionate about developing and training people into better thought leaders not just for the organisation but for the society at large. Have conceived and instituted innovative continuous training programs for the teams in the organisation. As part of the risk management skills upgrade, a cyber security certification has been completed. Experience : Group Internal Audit in Technology and Operations space and Retail Banking Audit Space. Consumer Banking Specialist, have worked in almost all areas within Consumer Banking including Retail Banking Operations, Credit and Collections, Operational Risk and Assurance, Legal & Compliance, Credit Card Authorisations and Fraud Control. A cyber security certification has been completed to manage information security audits and information security risk management. Have a few years project management experience in Group Credit and Basel Project teams at Standard Chartered, Singapore. Experienced in Sales ( Glaxo India) and Product Management ( Worldwide Exports Group) before joining Standard Chartered Bank.
