Sunil Saxena

Sunil Saxena is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Radiant Group who has over 20 years of experience in the security service industry.

As a seasoned security expert, he supports clients by developing and launching pragmatic security programs focused on risk mitigation measures designed to protect patrons, venues, and events all while retaining high effectiveness.

Sunil has a keen understanding of the consumer and security landscape in Asia and the Middle East where has worked closely with leading community members including the police and other governing authorities.

Prior to founding Radiant, Global Sunil held senior executive positions ( C Level) with one of the largest integrated security solution providers in the world wherein he held positions of CEO & Managing Director. During this time, he was instrumental in growing the profit margin for the business significantly & Business Transformation. He is known in the industry as the Security Man since he was instrumental in developing alongside the authority the Professional Event Security Set up and delivered high magnitude of events with the likes of Formula1, Fifa International Games, International Concerts, and ICC organized Cricket in the UAE.

Over the last two decades, Sunil garnered stupendous exposure and experience in security, safety, and crowd management worldwide. He has an explicit understanding of safety requirements covering spectators, audiences, participants, and performers for events of all scales. During his former employment, he has placed and managed multi-disciplined teams at public and mass events and lead over 8,000 security professionals in UAE.

As an entrepreneur, in the security services industry, Sunil is passionate about building successful services that demonstrate a value proposition while having a positive social impact.

He is a notable speaker at industry events and an active member of industry groups including Sira Dubai.
