She was associated with Maruti Suzuki India Limited for almost a decade where she served various functions from Design, Research & Development, Supply Chain & Global Sourcing and Product Planning. Her wide experience in various functions honed her skills about Corporate Culture. Her Second assignment was with Global Automotive OEM Nissan Motors where she was leading the Marketing business vertical and along with core area, she was leading the Training Development for the Field Employees, PR agencies, Consultants to build a strong sales team. She has been a recipient of President Award twice with her stint in Nissan Motors. After a successful career in the leading OEMs of the Automotive Industry, Sonia has transitioned into People Development & Transformation through Trainings, Executive & Life Coaching.
