With about 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management, people management and administration, Shilpi has learnt how to create the business-impact mindset and identify how innovation can push HR beyond Operational Tasks. By working with the core management team, she has not just handled HR but also added value to the various departments including Marketing, Projects, alliances and Procurement.
Continuous upskilling is what she believes in, to stay relevant and ahead of the curve.
In past, she has handled the entire gamut of HR functions in telecom, media, education, IT, Realty and hospitality industry. Professionally she has been a core HR person with double Masters from IMT Ghaziabad and Amity Noida.
She also specializes in Talent Acquisition and Training (soft skills, behavioral/spiritual trainer).
TIMES NOW helped her sharpen her interpersonal skills as she was a Business Partner there handling all HR functions of non editorial departments.
HR is her profession and Healing is her passion. She has been into Reiki, Art of Living, Buddhism and Serenity Surrender. She conducts healing workshops occasionally and even takes individual sessions to help empower people and live a stress free life.
