    A former CEO of a global fashion accessories brand, Robert Pal now helps business leaders from around the world identify and capitalize on their strengths to achieve greater professional and personal success. His professional training includes mindfulness, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused coaching. He integrates all of these areas into his coaching and facilitation practice.He is a past president of Toronto’s EO Chapter, which he helped grow from 25 to 100 members, and a past member of EO’s International Board for strategic planning. He graduated from the Entrepreneurial Master’s Program (EMP) at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is the co-author of Mindful Intelligence: A Ten Week Mindfulness Training Workbook, which was published in 2017. He helps business leaders identify and capitalize on their strengths to achieve greater professional and personal success.
