    Prashant is an award winning creative innovation strategist who focuses on design thinking and providing experiences around users.

    His prime focus is user centered innovation not only in consumer products or technology but other service industries as well. In his 5 years of experience he has kept design process as the key for any incremental or disruptive innovation. He played key roles for design projects at Luminous, Schneider Electric, Hero cycles, Hercules, Mach City etc defining and designing product and portfolios to be manufactured in India. He was a part of 26 member global Design team at Schneider and the Creative head at Hero Cycles. Recently he has been working as an independent innovation and business consultant with corporates and startups and conducts Design Thinking workshops for R&D engineers and other Professionals.

    Much of his design practice comes from his learning (M.Des) at National Institute of Design Ahmadabad, that enables him to focus on the design process and not on the final product. Currently he is also learning general management at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His work has been published & recognized in times of India, Gujarat News, Silicon India, A Design awards(Milan), Power Journal India and Design challenge conducted by Zeven.

    Prashant’s design philosophy strongly lies in the fact that a product is not just how it looks or functions but how it fits in a holistic ecosystem. Besides, he is an artist, a baker, a fitness enthusiast and loves endless conversations on how design impacts businesses, a crazy guy who is bursting with fresh ideas.
