    After 16 years with Harvey Nash Group, it was time for a new adventure, and so in 2017, I was a co-founder of Meraki Executive Search & Consulting, joining the business in 2018. Meraki today, is a leading Executive Search firm for the Asia Pacific region. Meraki also runs a number of impactful development programs, including The Women’s Directorship Programme, now in its 9th year, in partnership with The University of Hong Kong. The program features illustrious speakers such as the Chairmen of Mastercard, Schneider Electric, MTR, Hang Seng Bank and The London Stock Exchange. WDP has graduated some 150 senior women across the globe, of which c50% have now achieved progression to the board. Meraki leadership now runs GM development programs, Org Development and Sponsor Programs among many others. The last time I had a change in career, I became a racing driver, dovetailing my headhunting life at Harvey Nash, with racing in the British GT championship and at Le Mans, lifetime ambitions! But now as a co-owner of our Meraki business in Asia, this is arguably the most exciting stage of my life! We at Meraki are driven by a wider purpose to not only enable executives to fulfil their greatest potential by attaining the roles they dream of, for clients to hire the very best talent possible, but we aim to positively impact the future of work and board governance standards, and to transform organisations and help shape the future. I personally execute searches at Director, VP, CEO and Board level, and run the boardroom sumulations for WDP and our GM leadership programs. I have been a speaker at the likes of CISCO global CIO summit, MWC China, Canalys Europe and Asia forums, Asia CIO conferences, Women of Wine, and multiple forums around Diversity and women on boards. I am often on Bloomberg, CNBC and commentate in The FT, SCMP. I was thrilled to receive the award for ‘Champion for the Advancement of Women 2020’ from AmCham’s Women of Influence Awards in Hong Kong.
