    My career has been one of ROI, new business, exit strategy and valuation and hence driving performance and growth are almost a natural instinct. I’ve learned that a ‘can do’ attitude is essential to achieving personal and business success. Having a ‘can do attitude is the prequel to starting the day, a project or embarking on further training. Mind Fit underpins your next step.

    I applied ‘Mind Fit’ to the youth unemployment problem and with self-belief I set up a social enterprise in 2010 – First Steps to Employment – to give young people the experience of business in a real setting to help make them more employable. Today, every employer expects young people to have some experience and a ‘can do’ attitude.

    The bottom line is that making the best decisions, getting regular, good quality advice is critical to running any business. So whether you are starting out, or you have an established company, my goal is to help you take the next step, deliver growth, uncover new value and put you in control.

    With most of my career in the international corporate world in oil&gas and construction, I bring a proven record of optimizing financial and commercial outcomes through a combination of original thinking, pragmatism and a determination to get results.
