    Micheael is on a mission to challenge the status quo of service and hospitality in Thailand and South East Asia!
    He worked as a trained chef for five years before realizing that he did not know enough about the hospitality industry and had fallen in love with it. The tangible elements of the Food & Beverage department were uncomplicated and straightforward to comprehend. It was however, the intangibles that were challenging and intricate to thoroughly understand. He knew they would be essential to fathom in order to gain full insight into being successful within the hospitality industry.
    The love for the industry comes from the people involved, both the staff and guests. Over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, a true believer that the greatest asset of any hospitality establishment are the staff. Without them nothing is possible or viable. If the staff are lively, driven, inspired and are given a purpose, then the needs, wants and demands of the guests are met. This in turn leads to a more successful and prosperous establishment.
    he co-founded Kingsmen Hospitality Services in 2017, where he is the Chief Executive Officer. Kingsmen Hospitality is a Bangkok-based company delivering superior solutions for staff development, service hospitality training, and quality assurance audits, across Thailand and South East Asia.
