    Mr Mahesh Menda, Chairman & Managing Director of World of Electricals, Dubai, has led from front to establish this company that trades in heavy electrical equipment related to Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, and Oil & Gas industries and Transportation. He has been established in Dubai for more than 35 years, and has been dealing with all the utilities in U.A.E., like Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), Federal Electricity & Water Authority (FEWA), Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA), Dubai Petroleum Company (DPC), Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), to name just a few. After his graduation (B.Sc.), he worked as System Analyst with Tata Consultancy Services, India. Subsequently, he did his MBA from Bajaj Institute, one of the Mumbai’s top business schools, specializing in Finance. Thereafter, he proceeded to Dubai. He started a trading company under the sponsorship of H.E. Shaikh Hasher AI Maktoum, dealing in equipment related to Power Generation and Distribution. Since 1992, this company has been operating as World of Electricals.
