Reconciling all fields of international economic law (IEL) and creating bridges between disciplines in a conceptual as well as practical manner, this book stands out as the first modern, comprehensive international economic law textbook. This book addresses concerns with the international trade and investment dispute settlement systems from a statistic perspective, at a time when multilateralism is deeply questioned by the forces of mega-regionalism and political and economic contestation.
