Jowita Penkala

There is something undeniably intriguing about Jowita Penkala, largely driven by her two passions in life: watches and neuroscience! She has been described by some as: ‘The culmination of extraordinary determination in the pursuit of her passions,’ but to others, she is simply ‘Jowita’, pronounced with a Y (Yoveeta).
Polish by birth, Jowita is the 4th generation of Eastern Europe’s leading family of watchmakers – the House of Penkala – craftsmen of timepieces to the world’s elite.
In 2017 she became CEO of the family business – Rodask – a brand that has been three centuries in the making, and which represents the marriage between history and modern art. Jowita’s passion for watches has brought her into the company of Royalty, UHNW, and HNW clients across the globe, however, none ever ask about ‘price’ which is just as well since every timepiece has a minimum of six noughts on its price tag! But, to discerning clients, each hand-crafted watch represents a value beyond money, preserving moments and memories for future generations.
It would be a crime to dismiss Jowita’s passion for neuroscience, the human brain, and how it impacts individual behavior, performance, and ‘life outcomes’. She has studied the subject since she was a teenager.
These days that ‘passion’ has translated into something more practical, and in her spare time Jowita works with ambitious, driven individuals helping them make quantum leaps forward in their drive for greater achievement by mentoring them how to use the power of the mind to attain their dream goals and rejoice in the quality of life never previously experienced.
Jowita is regularly approached by major flagship organizations – nationally and internationally – to deliver inspirational talks.
