    I have 25+ years of management experiences and achievements in leadership, innovation, team leader and executive coaching as well as in sales, product marketing and business development. 15 years of FAILURES by celebrating each year and most importantly LEARNING from them with GREAT ENTHUSIASM. Because SUCCESS is a PLEASURE and that pleasure or happiness does not come from big pieces of great success but from small advantages hammered out day by day by day by day.
