He works with the World Bank’s Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition, Partnership for Market Readiness, and Carbon Initiative for Development and has spent 20 years reporting to the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy and working for the UN where he designed the AED 100 bn Dubai Green Fund. As the CEO of Dubai Carbon, He has established a track record in the identification and implementation of green growth strategies within a subnational and regional marketplace, thus bringing the enterprise entrusted to me from concept to implementation.
