Ishita Katyal

For over 5 years, she has been extremely passionate about inspiring the youth to create a positive impact and embrace their uniqueness.

She began her journey at the age of 8, as she wrote mher book titled “Simran’s Diary”. She then went on to organise a TEDx event (TEDxYouth@Balewadi), which made her the youngest TEDxYouth organiser in the Asia-Pacific region. She has spoken at the prestigious TED Global Conference in Vancouver, where she shared her top 4 worries for the world and the importance of living in the present moment.

She has been fortunate enough to speak at forums like NASSCOM, CISCO, MindMingle, Broadridge, Goafest, Neeyamo, TEDYouth@NewYork, TEDxGateway, TEDxBhilwara and various other events.

She has also been an avid propagator of the rights of the economically underprivileged, and make it a part to spend time with them and spread smiles.

She always believed that there is so much out there in the environment for young people to get inspired, be imaginative and start working on their passion at an early age.
