    I am an International business leader that helps enterprises understand the impact of (digital) technology and sustainability in the current and future world. A strategic mind with problem-solver mentality that does not settle with the ‘status-quo’. Leading departments, mentoring, and coaching Management teams, spearheading innovation, and sustainability initiatives, as well as advising C-Level executives on reimagining organisations, redesigning business models and stimulating more sustainable and inclusive leadership style. I believe that enterprises can only be successful in the future if they are purpose-driven, technology-led and employee-centric. They will be the high performers in a world the Japanese call ‘Society 5.0’.

    • In the past 10 years, I have been working for multinational companies across EMEA, ASEAN and JAPAN in a variety of leadership and advisory roles. Transforming departments, spearheading lighthouse innovation initiatives, guiding merger & acquisition(M&A) integrations and driving the innovation, technology, and new product go-to-market in the APAC region. Leading department with full P&L responsibility, taking care of operation excellence, human resource as well as marketing and sales activities. I tend to work with servant leadership style with an emphasis on mentoring and coaching, and empowering the teams to achieve their own goals, alongside the company’s.
    – Realising a YoY growth of 15% in revenue in 2020 while doubling EBITA
    – Managing 20M USD/year innovation budget to achieve a 3-year TCV of 400M Euro.
