Eefa Shrof is a Wellness Lifestyle Expert specializing in Yoga, Nutrition and Gastronomy. A graduate of the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu in London and the International Sports Science Association in the US, Eefa is one of the country’s most sought after wellness consultants. Using her passion for the human physique and food, she helps her clients and audiences develop fit healthy bodies whilst enjoying the good life, sharing her expertise through online consultations, bespoke private retreats, international speaking events and her newly developed blog. A TEDx speaker, Eefa has been interviewed on Discovery Channel and has been featured in leading publications including Vogue, India. She is the winner of the India Leadership Conclave Award in 2016 and voted by Asia Spa magazine amongst the country’s most Fit & Fabulous in 2018. Her exciting client list includes Anushka Sharma, Virat Kolhi, Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, and the esteemed Young Presidents Organization worldwide. In 1996, at the age of 23, working as a fashion model with multiple substance addictions, Eefa suffered a road accident which left her facially scarred and on crutches. Although a year of constructive plastic surgery repaired her face, she was told she’d be in a wheelchair due to her sustained leg infection. Using Yoga, coupled with her love for food and nutrition, Eefa transformed herself and built a life of purpose and passion. Her life’s mission is to share her learnings and help as many people as possible to live healthy, happy, balanced lives.
