There were no private educational institutions of significance in Israel until 1994, when IDC Herzliya was founded. oaching is a professional relationship between two individuals (the coach and the client) that assists the client in achieving personal and/or professional goals in an accelerated manner. The coach supports the client in manifesting his/her highest potential and in attaining agreed upon goals. Coaching typically takes place on a one-to-one basis, and while most coaching occurs face-to-face, it can also be successfully accomplished through telephone and zoom. Successful coaching can happen in just one session.

Forum is a group setting, following a specific structure, which fosters mutual trust and respect, using conflict management techniques. Participants in forum are able to speak openly and honestly due to the high level of confidentiality. This process nurtures team support and responsibility; participants learn that others share similar challenges and feel supported by a group of people who follow-up with them and help them achieve their goals.
