Sanjay launched ‘The Spice ADDA Restaurant’ in laste 2020 helmed by very famous Michellin-Star Chef Manjunath Mural, He is also founder and CEO of ‘Kebabs Faktory” with 3 outlets (Shenton,Timbre+,Funan) and another 2 opening in Sep’21 and ‘Magic-Carpet-Bollywood-Club’ host to Bollywood A-listers and the chic boutique lounge ‘The-Red-Room’.

    Mr. Rekhi made his journey from India to Singapore and was inspired to launch Genie Collective Group.

    In 2010 with FUN, FOOD, FUSION, FRIENDS & FAMILY as the core values of ‘Genie-Collective-Group’, led the launch of ‘Beruit-Grill’, rated as one of the best Middle Eastern Cusine Experiences in Singapore (Travelers’-Choice-2020-Tripadvisor – Best of the Best)

    in 2015 saw Magic Carpet Evolve from a Lounge to a 4000sqft Nightclub Venue, host to Multiple Bollywood A-Listers!

    Inspired by the History of Alexander the Great’s Conquest from Greece to India. Aryaa was born serving Northern-Indian and Mediterranean cusine. Aryaa was host to multiple private parties, events and galas which was voted amongst Singapore’s Top Restaurants in 2017/2018.

    2018 came the brand Kebabs Faktory under Genie Collective Group, with its 3 Outlets Shenton (2018), Timbre+ (2019) & Funan (2020)

    2020, the Covid19 Pandemic hit during Singapore, the genies had to adapt from Fine-Dining to Fun-dining. Adda-Neo Indian Cusine was born. Adda Singapore featured in Tatler Singapore, CNA Luxury, The Business Times
