    Devika Arora

    Founder

    Devika Arora is the founder of Magic Mind, India’s first self discovery and self care platform that focuses on holistic coaching, goal clarity and finding one’s purpose. Magic Mind also hosts India’s first e-support group about mental well-being and emotional mastery strategies to curb stress and anxiety. Devika is the Vice President of the WICCI Bangalore City Council-Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a honorary member of Women Economic Forum. In 2019, the company was honoured with NCCN Excellence Award for Social Impact. In 2020, Devika was given the Habit Hero award for her work during the pandemic by Harappa Edu. In 2021, she was 2 time awardee at DivHERsity Awards for Magic Mind – top 20 SMES and for self – top 20 diversity champions in India. Prior to working in the healing space, she has 10 years of solid work experience in the visual arts and entertainment industry with the likes of GoPro, Telefonica, MPC, Lush, Alienware, PUMA and TEDx. She sports a strong portfolio of work and branding, with a deep underlying understanding of what makes people tick. Her first entrepreneurial venture 420/ Char So Bees in 2011 was a highly successful event space in Calcutta India that promoted fresh talent from across the country. Devika is a creative entrepreneur in all rights and believes in the power of community to sustain any company. She has a BSc. in Entertainment Business, a Masters in Design and is currently pursuing her second Masters program in psychology.
