    Sommelier and Brand Head

    A Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, She worked as the Sommelier and Brand Head of KRSMA Estates Wines, a luxury boutique wine house based in the South of India. She started her career with the STEP programme by the Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts, followed by a two-year management programme at the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. Post her training, She worked for a couple of years as the Bar and Beverage Manager at the Oberoi, Bengaluru, also during which she won the coveted 11th Indian Sommelier Championship in 2018, being the first woman to lift the trophy in the ISC’s 11-year history! Anything that revolves around food and beverage piques my interest and she love talking (and drinking!) wines, particularly! It is her constant endeavour to make the topic of drinking wines and spirits more approachable, simpler and fun (more than it already is!!) and for this, she also make short videos that go by the hashtag #DrinkWithD on Instagram and Facebook.
