    Deborah Hulme

    Founder

    Deborah Hulme’s focus over the past decade has been on studying all she can about how the brain works, what that means for how we work as humans and, importantly, what that means for how our organisations work. It has been the most exhilarating learning of her entire career to date. Reflecting on her life and her career in recruitment, internal communication, employee engagement and organisational change, so much has clicked into place. Why we behave and react the way we do, why our wellbeing and performance is linked to our sense of psychological safety and how we need to connect, communicate and ‘team’ during times of change.

    Understanding what makes us human is essential learning, for work and for life. As founder of Minerva Engagement and The Neuroleader Academy™, she is honoured to work with an incredible team that is committed to chunking, packaging and tailoring what she knows. Ready for practical application by leaders and for more general consumption enterprise-wide. Whether we are discussing mindsets or unconscious bias, our two thinking processes or the neurological underpin of engagement, the content touches the core of who we are, whoever we are, and as such, captures the full attention of the learner.
