She is a Sommelier, Habanos Sommelier, Master Cigar Sommelier and Partner of the International Association of Cigar Sommeliers for Europe, Judge of the Cigar Smoking World Competition, SmokenTalk Lounge live podcast Host. She is also a contributing writer for the Excelencias Gourmet, Latino Aficionado and China Cigar Specialist magazines.
Danays is Co owner of Sperlinga Tobacco company.
