During her tenure, the Chapter launched various initiatives for coaches, corporates and NGO’s to enhance the awareness of coaching. The Chapter also published a book, The Power of Professional Coaching and won an award for pro bono coaching at NGO’s. Ashu served on ICF’s Global and Regional committees on strategic matters and as a jury member for selection of Chapter awards and Speakers ICF Converge Speakers.

With a rich professional experience of over 28 years, she has partnered with Founders, Entrepreneurs, CEOs and empowered them to lead authentically and successfully. She conducts customized workshops to align and develop senior management teams to help them achieve their vision collaboratively and effectively.
