    Anna Birch has constructed her entire adult life to serve and grow as a business leader, a gifted executive facilitator, and an experiential trainer. As the Founder and CEO of Adventure Links, Anna integrates the real-time experiences encompassing the rewards and challenges in supporting and driving an executive team. She is a Certified Forum Facilitator with YPO and a Forum Trainer with EO and has designed and delivered executive retreats, forum retreats, leadership summits, entrepreneurial education to start-up companies, management workshops, and international learning events.

    Additionally , Anna has designed and delivered retreats to many Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) forums, has led tracks at international GLC (Global Leadership Conference), and delivered strategy sessions to many leadership committees. She is a Certified Forum Facilitator with YPO and a Forum Trainer with EO. When asked to lead, speak, or train, audiences consistently rave at how Anna immediately and magically anchors a room and drives outcome-based experiences that serve to connect, inspire, and command leaders into action. Each year, Anna impacts 1000’s with her training and speaking engagements and remains as a top requested facilitator throughout the globe.

    She has worked with executive teams from companies such as World Bank, Fannie Mae, CACI, Allstate Insurance, NAVAIR, Social Security Administration, Discovery, and countless more over her 25 years of professional facilitation.

    She loves her company and the life it has created around her, but she lives for the legacy she and her husband inspire for her two daughters, Audrey and Autumn. She happily resides atop the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia with her family. She joined EO DC in 2006 and has loved being a member leader- starting as Forum Chair in her first year and serving in many local board roles, regional leadership and global leadership.
