Within the world of YPO, a chapter is a group of at least 16 members with a defined leadership structure, who meet regularly through lifelong learning and idea exchange in a defined geographic area. All members have a primary chapter membership while some elect to belong to more than one local or regional chapter.

Anesh facilitates the below education programs for the chapters within the Forum Training Curriculum:
1) Forum Fundamentals (FF): One day program to launch new forums and educate new forum members.
2) Forum Moderator & Leadership Development (FMLD): One day program develop core competencies for effective leadership.
3) Forum SuperCharge – One day program to re-energise existing forums.

Anesh understands and applies the principles of adult learning to training development and delivery. This includes engaging participants to identify their own learning needs; helping participants set personal learning objectives; drawing on and incorporating participants’ past experiences and expertise; using experiential and interactive training techniques; helping participants apply training content not only to their forums but to their businesses, lives and families; and creating practice opportunities during the training session.

He knows the conceptual framework for describing learning styles; can recognize differences in participants’ learning preferences and styles; understands how individual development and cultural background can impact learning preferences; and can develop and use training strategies that address a variety of learning styles and preferences.

    Anesh has 26 years’ experience in Consulting, Client acquisition and Corporate Learning in the GCC market. He has consulted with top companies in the Middle East in the areas of Cultural Transformation, Productivity & Leadership.

    He has designed and delivered organisational transformation programs from 2007 for clients like Emirates NBD, The Executive Council, Al Tamimi, Julius Baer, JP Morgan, Landmark Group, HSBC, Apparel Group, Environment Agency in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Emirates Investment Bank, Gulf Bank Kuwait, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Emirates Islamic Bank, BNP Paribas, Bank of Singapore, Behbehani Group and Capital Markets Authority in Kuwait.

    He is a Certified Forum Facilitator for the Young President’s Organisation (YPO) which is a global leadership community of 29,000 chief executives in 130 countries. Each of these members have achieved significant leadership success at a young age. Combined, they lead businesses and organizations contributing USD 9 trillion in annual revenue.

    Anesh has conducted leadership development sessions for these YPO leaders in the Middle East to become better leaders through peer learning and exceptional experiences in an inclusive community of open sharing and trust.

    Born and brought up in Kuwait, Anesh Jagtiani has worked in the Middle East his entire career. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. He speaks English and Arabic.

    Anesh worked in the Private Banking industry for 14 years managing portfolios of high net worth investors who had at least $5 million to invest. He was with ABN AMRO Bank and then Vice President of Deutsche Bank managing client assets of $200 million consisting of equities, bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds, currencies and private equity.

    He was the anchor of a TV show called TOP GUNS where he interviewed 12 of the most successful Indian entrepreneurs on television. He’s the author of the book Achieving Extraordinary Productivity –How to boost your health & energy, improve focus and double your productivity in 48 hours! He’s also the creator of the Rapid Productivity System audio program.
