Steamhouse India Limited is the only company in India to generate steam through a Common Boiler Facility by installing large, capacitated Boilers of various sizes to cater to the need of industries by supplying them with steam through a distributed pipeline network. The Company set up its pilot project in 2014 in Sachin GIDC (Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation) Surat and is now operational in various industrial areas. Within 8 years, the company has successfully flagged its presence in Ankleshwar, Vapi, Sarigam, and Nandesari in Gujarat, serving high-quality steam to over 90 customers and increasing. The company looks forward to setting up its presence in Maharashtra in the first quarter of the next financial year by building a community boiler project in Tarapur MIDC and the industrial hub of Gujarat i.e., Dahej. The company plans to outreach various states in the country and promote the use of community boilers for steam generation in place of the old traditional approach of installing individual boilers at every industry level.
