Pearl Jimmy Mistry, joined the family business young (2014) while pursing her undergraduate studies and worked her way to become a Director at Della Group. A graduate from the renowned London Business School with her Master’s in Management (2018).

Pearl is on the Advisory Board as a corporate mentor of the Institute of Risk Management [HQ: UK] and member of the EO (Entrepreneurs Organisation) Future Leaders.

Currently a part of Jimmy’s Founding Team for Della Leaders Club (DLC) – The World’s 1st Business Platform. The Global Community of Entrepreneurs, Professionals & Young Leaders is present across 15 Chapters Globally with 2300+ eminent men & women across 26 domains . DLC’s vision is to be the Catalyst that drives people from ‘A Life of Success to a Life of Significance’. Whilst playing multiple roles in the Start-up, she is spearheading the Membership Experience, Marketing, curating & moderating prominent speaker sessions. She is also involved in the DLC Fundraise and will be setting up international offices & operations from the New York HQ.

The 26 year old Director was leading teams from design, manufacturing to execution of luxury furniture production & hi-end interior design projects for the past 3 years. Working with her father towards setting up of India’s Largest Mono-brand Retail Store -Della by Jimmy Mistry, the first to sell a complete supply solution for Homes, Offices & Hotels.

The company Della Group grew from a retailer of imported furniture in 1995 to a giant enterprise comprising of 6 business verticals: DLC, Resorts, Adventure Park, Villas, D.A.T.A. (India’s first Counter Terrorism Training Academy) and Design Gallery.

Apart from her professional pursuits, she enjoys art and sculpting which has won her laurels such as the “Young Achiever Award” received from the British Parliament at the House of Commons by Sri Virendra Sharma, Member of Parliament. Her sculpture is now on display at the British Parliament. The Indo-British Cultural Forum recognised this as a contribution to the Arts & Women Empowerment Movement.

Additionally, a Committee Member of the Youth Team of the World Zoroastrian Chamber of Commerce (WZCC). A strong advocate for Women in Business & Parsi Entrepreneurship. She is revitalising her family NGO – Parsi Resource Group (PRG) and invited to speak at globally at the World Zoroastrian Congress in Los Angeles, USA.
