In this day and age of digital noise on leadership, this committee shall be making every endeavor to get the latest and most filtered Leadership knowledge from the world with a single objective to keep our members ahead of the curve.

We will transform the ideas and perspectives of the leaders of tomorrow by providing original content and insights into the achievements possible through business & digital transformation while creating social impact and supporting global causes
WHY IS THE LEADERSHIP &
TRANSFORMATION COMMITTEE SETUP?
DLC is going to be utilising the power of the men and women of the eminence who are the part of Global Leadership & Transformation Committee, to ensure its member stay ahead of the curve. Each of the member is going to be sharing their domain expertise. DLC team shall coordinate for shooting & documenting videos of the HCMs & speakers for the platform. The same applied for workshops, podcasts & other formats, lending the whole milieu the adrenaline of audio-visual communication and social media.

COMMITTEE COMPOSITION
Three to five-members Steering Committee from amongst the members for a period of one year. The Steering Committee will be responsible for orderly and productive conduct of the committee for the year. Each Committee will present a report of their yearly activities and will be invited to apply for the Annual DLC Awards.

We formed limiting beliefs since our childhood e.g – Need for validation.
People may be successful in business money wise but their relationships are ruined. DLC plays a major role in filling this gap and creating a growth mindset.

DLC will help its members Create an interdependent movement of people to own their individual roles & duties in their personal & professional life.
