Helmed by Lebanese-Palestinian Chef Rita Soueidan, the kitchen wowed with dishes rooted in heritage and Arab hospitality, from the Crispy Okra to the standout sourdough focaccia dessert. The emphasis on seasonal, regional ingredients and in-house creations truly impressed our auditors.
